It is a creation of the team of the late Dick Berry, USN Radar Technician 1921-2015, a 93 year old WWII Navy Veteran who served in the Pacific Theater, and his son, Dave Berry, a software developer from Florida. The Museum Concept Vets Forum My father was a designer and a visionary who's WWII memorial design was one of the final three designs being considered for the site in Washington, DC. Unfortunately, his design was not chosen, but he continued to promote his dream until the day he passed away. See it here.
